They do outsource heavy checks and unfortunately they were early on that bandwagon. They have yet to do much outsourcing on the customer service side of the equation. This is not the first time this battle has been fought at SWA, but in the past it seems that SWA was so protective of the product that they backed down fairly easily. It seems that they are less willing to give in this time. Only time will tell how it turns out, but 555 has not given an inch so far and hopefully they can win the battle.
