Last I heard Southwest was going to move out of T4 entirely and move down into the new T1 which was supposed to some day exist west of T2 where we park, where the old executive terminal was. That's apparently where the new train was supposed to end.

And Southwest owns PHX because its actually in the Southwest. Why they continue to win in the Mississippi Delta is another issue.
