I mention that the "shine" of flying for Silver seems to have worn off by many of the same posters who in this very thread were head over heels for this new and exciting company; and now are complaining about every aspect of it.
YOU mention that the 'shine' has to do with leaky turboprops.
I asked if you would be happier if Silver flew ERJs for example.
Explain the flamebait in this line of questioning please.

Would you not have the same complaints about Silver if they were flying jets?
Are you happy with the company or not - regardles of what type of airplane you are flying.
Your position sounds like you would be willing to endure worse conditions of employment if you were logging jet SIC.
