I'd rather build my time instructing, with steady pay good benifits, gain experience and then move up in time to a true regional (if there is such a thing). My .02 .[/QUOTE]
You can't find a more true regional! Low pay, taking flying from others, and making life suck one day at a time . Now you want a good regional, it is like feeding your dog a whole bunch of bacon in hopes its poo tastes

We are the highest paid airline out there if you look you fly a 19 seat aircraft for $19 I don't see any other first officer making a dollar a seat. Does xpress pay $50 to their fo's?
