Sounds like you have enough hours to get an interview with NJA using a conversion factor. However, in your situation, I would suggest that having someone at NJA who knows you walk your application would be the key. NJA is all about "who" they hire. They use the hours for initial screening because they have so many applications to choose from, but your background and experience should give you a better than even chance of being hired.
The big killer for guys with lots of experience is "recency". How long have you been out of the cockpit. More than 6 mos. is a killer. Keep flying something...
