I could care less where anyone works, I'm just basing this off observations and talk amongst my peers of my age group. But for many of the "lifers," they want the next step in this industry to be their last step. They then go to a job fair and see dozens of VA, JB and Spirit guys lined up at the DL, US and FDX booth, but no FDX, DL or US pilots in line at the VA, JB, or Spirit booths and you just have to wonder....why are they leaving? stepping stone? Just have to get out of a "regional?" I'm done playing hopscotch." Me personally, since I have to commute now most likely anyways in the near future, on a maxed out crap contract, I'd have no problem going to them, but it's just a guess from what I've heard.
