They (CALPA) simply acted as if nothing had changed since the Nic award, while in fact - nearly everything changed. Interesting tact, one which I think was a mistake. Guess we'll see. This is, after all absolutely a confrontational exchange which will inevitably end in one side winning and the other side, to some extent, losing.
