Are they giving you a full sleep study night? That is the only way to find out of possible sleep apnea.

I know that in europe, pilots having sleep apnea are simply sleeping with a CPAP machine prescribed by a doctor and still flying the line.

How does the FAA handle this? Anyone having a first class medical after being apnea-diagnosed?
