XJT has plenty of leeway regarding Medical benefits in our contract. There is very little defined in terms of out of pocket expenses etc. Deductibles went up last year right?
Yes, but the company will pay 70% or 75% of the premiums. Also, they have to provide the same plans that they offer other employee groups. So I they want to stick it to us, they have to screw the entire company, including themselves.
