Show up at the ticket counter 2 hours before--I would list as well 24 hours out if you can. Can't remember how much but expect to pay a hugh fee for departure tax out of LHR. You will need to sit in the back--but usually we have a few seats open.

jETBLUE has been great so welcome aboard (UAL) and enjoy the ride.
