No... I don't think that is what's happening. I think they are talking about the last hiring window, not this one. They could be poolies. No calls have gone to a single person from last window. As far I'm aware.
My post was implied to mean last hiring window, the February window. Additionally, I have a friend who already got a no thank you from that window.
