AA has always been a problem. The jumpseaters that show up to our planes, always say:
"I'm gonna mention this to our JS APA rep" and move on, meanwhile they still get to ride with us. I agree, total bs from the APA, it is what it is.
It is not the APA, we're happy to help anybody we can. It's our crAApy management that are to blame.
