Its true that nobody is violating the contract. That's the problem.
The "reason to complain" is the contract itself.
I don't think guys realized just how many jobs would be killed by all the new "productivity enhancements".
We need to find a way to get back some sort of monthly cap.
Guys swapping and whiteslipping to 100 hours every month are bringing down the neighborhood.
Complaining about the contract is another thing all-together. I got the impression that certain pilots who white slip are somehow at fault.
I typically fly 55-65 hours, drop 1-2 trips trips, and white slip another trip at some point during the month. The original comment made it seem that people like me are somehow preventing green slips from going out.
I've never white slipped passed guarantee, but I didn't think guys could white slip up that high (100 hours). I've never tried it, and I rarely am able to work a last minute green slips.
And with regard to your picture, I'm not exactly sure what your getting at. I think those gals would make an ideal contribution to our pilot group.
