I know, I choose to commute so I should sacrifice everything to those who are better employees and choose to live in base. Or, I could just white slip to my hearts content and continue to tell the haters to go **** themselves.
The goal is mo' money, less work. It may seem counter intuitive, but to achieve that, we need a contract that makes us each fly fewer hours. Reserves become lineholders, ERs become 777s, FOs finally move to the left seat.

150% over 80 would get everyone flying more, and eventually moving backwards. Then you get to work more hours just to make your old paycheck.

First on my change list would be to have max pickup apply to all WS/swaps/pilot-to-pilot transactions. Right now, it only applies to WSs. That's how guys get their lines to 100+.
