How many students do an instructor gets after they are hired and put in the line? and how soon after do you get more students after you finish up your current ones?
I'm not on the chinese side but I can tell you that my first month I got around 50 hours of flight time but mostly because I was just starting to get students; now in April I'm calculating around 85-95.. There are plenty of students and they keep coming in.
Just as I was told before applying here: "don't worry about flight time, you'll be very busy and flying a lot". That is true.
