You do realize that is all due to pilots talking with their feet? Hundreds and hundreds have left since Jan 1, 2012.
Pinnacle lost all the Saabs and all the Q's and will soon be getting rid of 200's and still will not need to furlough. The regional game is a new paradigm.
No, Colgan lost all the Saabs and all the Qs. Too bad they didn't lose career expectations. Those are preserved. Even if the new 9E tanks altogether, all Colgan pilots will be offered a Delta class date to preserve their career expectations. The reason is only Colgan pilots started at a regional with an expectation to make it to a major.
