Just wanted to throw in my 2 cents on the reserve buckets. Obviously ALPA catered to the senior guys in this regard. I've talked to the guys in crew resources and asked why they bucket ranges never change and they said to complain to ALPA about it. The company could care less whether a junior guy or a senior guy does the trip-it's all ALPA. I don't have a problem with it if it was more legit, like maybe 30 raw per bucket. We need to have more buckets with much lower ranges. It's ridiculous.
