I hate that argument. How many majors are hiring? I know Captains who have been trying to get out for years. It's tough for members of the 36.62 club with upgrade in sight.
The majority of pilots at most regionals are trying to move on. Acting like it is the worst job in the world and then still working there just makes you like you've never had a real job before or came from an only child family. Especially the guys on here whining about pay when they are bypassing upgrades so they can stay on the 170.
