Check out Bristow Academy in Titusville, FL. I've been through a tour of their facilities and it is a squared away school. They do primary military helo training for a few countries south of the border as well and the helo pilots at my DoS workplace recommend it highly. I have no idea about how quickly they can get you through their helo CFI programs so give them a call. Cheers.
