Management is coming up to a decision point. They can't keep this current contract and staff 47 new airframes. To do that, they need a competitive contract. Something has to give.

If your co-workers want to come to this forum and educate prospective new-hires, then you should keep quiet. It's not aimless b*tching. It's not entitlement. It's not hypocritical. There's something to be said for wanting to leave a place better than when you came.
