I'm hoping things change. I know quite a few Co-Op / Interns who are now flying for FedEx. All I know is what I was told by HR. "The current system does not give any points for having completed an internship / Co-Op position. Your application is docked points if you took longer than four years to finish your degree."
Like I said...I'm hoping things change.
