I clearly mistyped. The committees themselves even call themselves merger committees. After 3 years of watching "negotiating" committees, it sort of rolled off the fingers. Regardless, the arbitrators can take all, some or none of each sides proposal. Not much of a negotiation. More like a litigation, frankly. I still believe that taking an extreme position does nothing to enhance, and likely detracts from the outcome. Guess we'll see!
