I can only imagine what the bond will be.... Cathay's bond is very high for cadets and the road to command is very long. I am guessing the bond and the route will not be any easier than Cathay's program.

EY should have taken RJ drivers and given them type ratings but could have made the bond period longer and and the amount higher, if EY wanted return on their investment (loyalty).
