Was strange - when I looked at max open, there were not any slots even listed fot the fo positions in the appropriate column.
Could someone explain max open to me? I am trying to drop/move an RA day with 12 FOs listed and Max Open says 8 and I get Insufficient Reserves but I was able to move a day with 10 listed and a max open of 6. Please explain.
