Everybody thinks they know how the SSP is going to turn out but until we start seeing how Delta is going to treat this, it's like arguing with your dog. The people that want to see 9E fail will believe the SSP will never help a single pilot. Those of us at 9E are hoping for the best, but not banking on it. I have been in this business to long to believe any pilots theory on how things are going to work out. I would inject my personal thoughts on how it's going to work but they don't matter because I don't know nor does anybody on the board. They may validate there reasoning by past experience but things are changing in the Regional Airline game. Let them turn away or hire a larger percentage of SSP pilots and we can talk about this later.
