I would concur with this, had a buddy at Republic told the same thing, anything before 2015 is going almost exclusively to the Compass flows and pinnacle SSP. I assume you are referring to the WIA job fair. I've stated earlier, what I got out of the job fair from DL, was if you are pinnacle, there will be no jumping in front of the line, but expect DL to go through the entire list within 5 years, this can be up for debate as to what the "entire list" actually means, as the SSP states, and Im summarizing, you must be a CA at pinnacle to qualify for the SSP. So is the entire list in 5 years CA only, or CA & FO's?

The upper circle mgrs are saying everyone on the list will be interviewed and bad apples weeded out. Now, could they be floating this to stem the tide of people leaving? Sure. Or, it could be the hiring wave starting and DL getting ahead of the game
