Get an Associates degree at San Diego Miramar College then transfer to Emory Riddle's satellite location in San Diego. There are 2 aviation degrees offered with this program.. I believe one is Aviaition Management.
Really low total cost... $10k if a CA resident. Maybe $14k if from outside of CA. Begins immediately. Flying not included.
