This is one of the big problems with ALPA. There's absolutely no reason that ALPA carriers should even look at the resume of a GoJet pilot, except maybe to call them in for an interview so that they could attempt to explain their decision.
However, now that that there's movement at major level, the hiring of GJ pilots will quickly grind to a halt at any carrier which posts the interview list in the crew room.
If that line of thinking will help you sleep at night, then go for it. I think gojet pilots will not have a very hard time getting hired in the long run. This battle going on is so petty in the grand scheme of things and its something that has happened before and will happen again.
