There has been plenty of talk about this. Can't update your app, and it pretends to update your resume - but it does not. The support folks don't respond to emails either. The only way to update your info is by re-applying once it allows you to do so again. I have 3 applications on file.

I believe this true. You can email PeopleScout, they can update your resume, but I believe the app is locked.
Hang in there though, the app window may open back up soon according to some of the guys at went to the FAPA Vegas job fair.
