Thats a definite negative. I dont disagree that its wrong, and i personally would never go work for them, that self serving mentality is completely destructive and brings down the whole industry. I just think theres too much petty complaining on the issue and in the big picture these guys wont have a very hard time getting hired. Where it will bite them in the @ss is when they try and jump seat and the like, then they realize the pain of their back stabbing. Side note, just got hired with Big Sky last week, class 4/16!
