Well said. Right now the the performance metrics of this operation, financially and operationally, should be a major concern for all of us. In the fall of 2000 with a nice new contract in place it was "Management's problem." It didn't take long for it to become everyone's problem with disastrous consequences. We had better hope that the AA / US merger runs into as many problems as our own. We sure haven't given DAL much to worry about thus far. Now back to the utterly important nitpicking at each other......
