Well. He lied to you. Chatauqua doesn't operate the E 175. Only the Republic and Shuttle certificates do.

But I'll agree that Chatauqua E145's/140's will slowly come off line, that certificate will slowly be wound down over the next few years and that's where some of the pilots to operate these planes will come from.
