Why would you not have choosen the Q? The most senior FO on the Q has not even hit 1 year yet. Talk about striking gold for those guys, getting to be senior from day 1. No other FO's can transfer from the Jet and bump you down, which also keeps training cost low helping the company save money and win more bids for flying. They still need at least 70 more FO's, which those guys will hold a line right off the bat. You just don't want to be the last 10%-15%. The music hasn't stopped yet.
