For AA, I'd say either LGA S80 (a soon to be melting status) and MIA 737. As far as fence specifics, that's hard to gauge. I'll bet if one looked at the UAL/CAL SLI and fence issues and compared them to DAL/NWA there would be notable differences. Each merger brings different components and the AA/U one would too. I'm hesitant to say what happened at X or Y would happen here.
Again, what happens with the NIC will impact the fence issue as arbitration under M-B is supposed to prevent windfalls and be "fair and equitable", which is a subjective standard.
