Your post is a-little misleading. 153 76 seaters is now allowed by the JCBA but no more than 255 76/70 aircraft. So unless management decides to park 70 seaters for 76 seaters, no more than around 65 76 seaters can added until a SNB fleet in implemented at mainline. That's why they eloquently call it "scope choke"
Hence why I said similar. Delta has a limit of 255 large RJs, 120ish 65 seaters and rest of the 50 seaters for a max of 450. United has a similar SCOPE but unlike Delta United didn't have 76 seaters to begin with so they will be allowed to bring some online but to bring more they would have to do what the post above says.
