Doesn't matter who pays it or even if nobody pays it. If ALPA in any way facilitated dropping any trips for him to run his outside, for profit, "consulting" business then I would have a big problem with that.

We don't know if trip drops occurred. I highly doubt it. That would be a pretty serious ethical lapse.
