Don't know ... day we were in they interviewed 8; sent a very cool F18 demo pilot home and the F15 bubbas did not make it past the first day. The two of us who were hired were surprised, since we figured the other candidates were so good. Delta hired 2 of 8 which seemed to be about average among those I talked to. Can't believe that many are "blowing it."

I think prep with the CBT really helps. Once I got the idea of the gouge here and other places I made myself flash cards with post it notes and hung them on a computer monitor to practice the general skills required and flex the memory muscle. Having association tricks to help memorize random things really helped.

Before you ask ... nope I don't have the gouge.

Got to figure competition is going to be tough at the start of the wave.
