It's hard to tell there's FOs planning to leave to other carriers in the next couple of months. The problem is there is no Saab upg program yet, so the original FOs awarded captain slots are still waiting. I don't know how many captain slots will be left as prolly the upper half of the seniority list will go to the left seat on the Saab.
