Quick--see if you can name the major airline that started the "no A plan/B plan" model, stock options for compensation, and productivity bonuses? Another hint: Although not technically PFT, most people have to pay 5-10 grand before they ever get to start working there. Finally--they have their own in-house union, and are not ALPA members.

I'll bet if you can guess that company--you can also realize the "erosion" of the perfect airline job (Pan Am 1978, Delta 1988, etc) started a long time ago, and the catalyst for change was NOT Jetblue and their less than 200 planes...
