Know a little bit about the company's history. I don't think it matters much if you do or don't have your CFI, though it would definitely help. Out of the four that were in my interview group, 3 were CFIs, 1 was part 135 no CFI.
Yes, go in there and tell them that they just completed one of the worst sham bankruptcies ever and screwed all of their employees over royally, making them the lowest paid FOs and captains on the 900 in the industry.
Snap backs or not, I feel horrible for you mesaba guys that have been there all along. When you guys start your negotiations in a couple years with the pile of 900's you might have by then, i hope you stick it to them just like we are trying to do to Pinnacle Management
