Seniority list doesn't show hire dates but I'll line up the bases and give you an idea.. total lines listed are just line holders (not including reserve CAs)
PHL- 97/98 hires bid 25-26ish out of 102 lines.
DCA- 97/98 hires bid 11-13 out of 74
ORF- 98 hires bid 6 out of 67
LGA- No 97 hires, but they would bid 4 out of 44
