Second, 75 hour monthly guarantee means exactly what is says. If you are available for all of your trips, whether you fly or not you get paid for at least 75 hours even if all your trips cancel for the whole month. It's that simple, period! If you don't believe me read your contract again or ask the union to explain it to you.
I've had to fight for pay protection after being reassigned to a deadhead. While it may seem simple to you, crewpay will fight tooth & nail to not pay you. I've lost a lot of money over my 5 years here due to our lack of real pay protection. With Union-Company relations getting worse, I would expect more games from crewpay.

The problem with our 75 hour guarantee is when you trade trips. I swapped two day trips this month for a trip of greater value. Now my adjusted guarantee is 65 hours. Ask our DCA, PHL, & LGA crews how much money they have lost with the hurricanes the last few years and no cancellation pay.

Karma, I think you've had a very luck run at this company. Great QOL due to being senior. Most people have not had the same experience.
