Keep reading. FWIW, Katz's blood pressure goes up more when they get to 2008-2010, particularly the four quarters prior to the merger announcement.
I actually laughed out loud when Mo admitted that he was the leak that started the USAir rumors in the press during 2010 to provide "cover" so Smisek could re-engage, even if there really wasn't much to figure out since all the work was already done.
