The FTC Co-op is a contract position. Once the contract is up, you're done - out of the position so somebody else can get that experience. There are
no lower minimums or guaranteed interview for former Co-ops but the networking you do while working there (assuming you did a good job!) should be more than enough to help you once you meet publish minimums.
Nobody gets flight qualified unless they are hired specifically as a pilot.
