Thanks! I completely agree. I didn't want to end up stuck in that dead zone as a perpetual FO. More importantly, I'm getting married and getting my finances in order became a high priority, something that would be nearly impossible to do on an FO salary. Only downside is that I'm getting turbine time at a very slow rate, but I am also getting some PIC time. So we will see what happens.
