I generally respond with one of the following:
"It may be small but it will take you where you want to go"
"You shouldn't talk like that about a mans equipment"
"I'm beginning to get a complex"
"Apparently size does matter"
"Size doesn't matter"
"Dont worry, it works just as good as a big one"
"My girlfriend said the same thing, but she is still with me"
"I'm compensating"
"Its not the size of the equipment, its the quality of the flight"
"That's what she said" (Used when men say it)
"The pay check is too"
"It maybe small but it has plenty of thrust"
"it maybe be small but it can stay up for hours" (Used on longer flights)
"Bigger doesn't mean better"
etc etc etc.....
I have a bucket load of them.
The FA sometimes gets into the swing of it too.
"Shhhh the Captain doesn't like it when people talk about the size of his equipment"
It used to be an MD-80, then they washed it and it shrunk.
