Outstation bases should be closed. It would fix a lot of problems here with those long sits and uncommutable trips. It seems to work for every other regional this side of Commutair
Maintenance hanger rent is too expensive in the hubs. The company is looking out for you anyways by offering a base in a nice city with much cheaper cost of living.
