I don't think that JetBlue or Airways operate a CRJ, E145, or DHC8, but I know FO's that flew those that are now at both of those companies on all types. Thanks for nothing though....

To the OP, I don't know anything about RAH, but you might have to fly with Karma, which would be reason enough for me not to go there...

I was only on reserve at XJT for 4 months, but the lines are getting progressively less commutable. Next month I have one commutable trip. If you're young, mobile, and you don't have a family and can live in base or within driving distance, it's not so bad, at least no worse than any other regional. If you're after a quick upgrade...well, someone told me once to never chase a quick upgrade so I can't recommend trying that. It's never as quick as you think it will be. Go wherever offers you the best QoL from day 1.
