If you are concern that your new hires from the thousands of qualified applicants out there will wash out because they have never flown an Ejet your training department have issues. Compass folks state that they haven't had much attrition lately so you are saying that most new hires at US Airways and JetBlue are form RAH. Also what happens when these individuals transition to the BUS, they will washout then right.

Dude stop making stuff up, you sound very unintelligent and delusional...

And step up to the Embraer???? There are guys all over the world over the last few years with 500 or so hours make it thru training. Embraer makes airplanes simple to fly, that's how they built the ERJ and EJET. These airplanes have been designed for someone with limited flying experience. That's how all RJs have been designed. AUTOMATIC!!! And Airbus has done the same thing.
