You're going to have to use a little common sense from time to time. Obviously I didn't say or imply all of the FO's hired but there are more FO's from the 170 vs CRJ or DHC8. If you worked at JetBlue and wanted the lowest washout rate, who do you think you'd hire? Trust me, I've seen people who couldn't adapt and step up to the embraer.
You're a troll dude. Most of the pilots here recognize the EJet is really easy and a great platform to work with. If you really think this airplane is hard to fly in any way you are in for a rude awakening once you leave this type.
